The quotation begun in 45ac was “By the pricking of my thumbs, something wicked this way comes” from Macbeth, linking to the stage musical Wicked in which Defying Gravity (1ac) is the theme song. Each of the thematically treated clues had one or two instances of G (the constant of gravitation) removed.
